Thanks for notifying. I've re-uploaded those files and checked if it's OK. Now all files can be downloaded. I started to work on EPUB and MOBI generation issue based on the previous summary, at https://github.com/sss/gnucash-docs/tree/support-for-epub-and-mobi . Just FYI.
