On Vista I installed from
http://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/trunk/
2.4.99 SVN r21359.
I have committed a fix for the compressed file problem earlier today. If all
goes well tomorrow's trunk build should work fine with compressed files again.
If not, please let me know.
