That svn stuff almost overwhelmed me, but I almost had it. I think that I got up to about step 6 or so and I needed help but I didn't get it. That is when I gave up. That is why I asked for something easier. I will try your suggestion.Also, I think that there should be something near the front of the Help Manual to point to references about where to save user data files, what else will appear there, and a brief comment about file-types, OS idiosyncrasies and backups. Perhaps a reference to the description in the Concept Gude and whatever FAQ or wiki covers those topics would be enough. Thanks David C
