Yes, I think this is the better choice. Especially because you said the yelp
issue is rather old. Now that this is identified we should release gnucash and
gnucash-docs so that it works again.

If I can get away with adding two symlinks as Chris suggested that would even make things easier, but I don't know if simply adding ln -s <from> <to> and rm <link> to the install and uninstall steps in the makefile will be ok for package maintainers.
