Christian, if you're updating the Dutch translation, could you apply the
patch added to bug 698238 (Dutch Windows Installer translation update)
as well?

Turns out that my upgraded libofx versions for the Windows binary contained a
serious error. The error has now been fixed in the libofx code, but we need to
release an updated gnucash binary that contains that version of libofx.
Because of this I've now tagged the current 2.4 branch as a new version
2.4.13.
Updates compared to 2.4.12:
- Fixed OFX file handling on Windows (which had a serious error)
- Updated translations: Danish, Dutch, German
