I would assume the one or other US citizen still has some cash
somewhere. So I think, the example is missing this basic account.
While it would be easy to backport Martins patch to C, the following
picture should also reflect that change. And now my questions arrive:
Has anybody the example files of the tutorial at hand?
If yes, shouldn't we add them to the repositoy?
There is no need to distribute them. Just in the case the screenshots
need some update.
