Hello, Could someone tell me difference between the smallest-fraction and parts-per-unit in the default currencies XML?
I've been using the "smallest-fraction" (sf) entry for the fractions since the file comments say "parts-per-unit" (ppu) is not used. But there are some currencies where the smallest-fraction is 100, while the parts-per-unit is 1 (and vice versa). It doesn't seem to always be in agreement with the list here: http://www.currency-iso.org/dam/downloads/lists/list_one.xml e.g. for XAF, ppu is 1, while sf is 100 and the official list says fractional digits is 0 (which means agreement with ppu). Is the currencies XML file in the repo up-to-date? Thanks Ngewi F.
