No, I'm still on Yosemite. This isn't the problem. Anyway, by
adjusting the value of DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH I was able to get it to load
the XML backend. Since I can't tell why it's trying to load it, and
since that only fixed one of the three errors, I didn't think that
change was useful.
