The patch was still listed in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/page.cgi?id=patchreport.html&product=GnuCash - the report which you reach from https://bugzilla.gnome.org/page.cgi?id=browse.html&product=GnuCash in the section Patches on the right side. Ideally you should have marked it while uploading the new version.
