Should I ask for a tarball to post on the gnucash.org site, or should I point a link at it? > OK. I can go with that, I'll also work on moving the old docs from the > main gnucash module into the new docs module. Perhaps you could just > manually move the directories to preserve the history? (Just an idea, if sure, but you must provide me with detailed from-to directory info. Otherwise I'll blow it if I have to guess. > Wow really? 30K of individual downloads? I thought the 1K of downloads > from sourceforge wasn't as much as from gnucash.org but I didnt realize Actually, that was a 1.6.2 number, I beleive; it was a sum of sf+gnucash.org+linas.org . Since that was before gnucash went mainline on suse/redhat CDROM's and on debian, it may have been the last "accurate" count of the true number of interested users. (Mind you, these were the people who chugged out to rpmfind.net, found nothing, and then chugged over to gnucash.org. I suspect that the majority of gnucash users have never even visited www.gnucash.org. How many times have you visited abiword.org or mozilla.org or openoffice.org? ) --linas -- pub 1024D/01045933 2001-02-01 Linas Vepstas (Labas!) <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> PGP Key fingerprint = 8305 2521 6000 0B5E 8984 3F54 64A9 9A82 0104 5933 _______________________________________________ gnucash-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.gnucash.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-devel
