Absolutely. Are there any volunteers on list around, who have some experience with web sites and would like to polish ours a bit? As TomF correctly noted, some parts of it need some overhaul. Major parts of the website simply need to be adapted according to gnucash's user documentation or ChangeLog. That shouldn't be too difficult to describe even for a non-programmer.
