It looks OK to me and it should be fine for most places. In Canada though, there are also employer's payrol taxes. These employer's taxes are equal to, or more than the employee's part.

I see your Canadian back-door taxes, and raise you about 7 Brazilian!
But, seriously, I left that stuff out so as to not confuse the issue, which is the whole concept of the "liability as middleman" issue. Once people settle on whether this is a good approach or not, I'll add some more complicating issues, like employers tax contribution.
