Dont forget that the default place to install the RPM's is not the same
place as the default place to install the compiles.
Should this be more clealy stated somewere as it is a problem that occurs
quite regulary.

You'll have to download and build gtkhtml yourself then.
You should be able to grab it from ftp.gnome.org.
