Hello, I'm using two machines (both are Ubuntu 16.04) and trying to use MySQL to save GnuCash data. In one machine the GnuCash application in the second one MySQL.
While trying to save the data (with Save As, MySQL option) I provide the MySQL information (Host, DB, User and Pass). In MySQL I see that the database was created as well as the tables. However, I get an error in GnuCash - The Server at URL:// experienced an error or encountered bad or corrupt data. If I try to save agian with the same MySQL information I get: The file already exits. Are you sure you want to overwrite it ? Answering Yes creates another set of tables with _back suffix to all tables. How to resolve the issue ?
