There’s https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796656 <https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796656> which might be similar though the reporter hasn’t said anything about printing PDFs; his problem seems to be about an odd sequence involving duplicating and editing transactions. He’s posted a bunch of crash reports to the bug. Can you compare some of them to yours to see if you’ve got a similar issue?
