Debian unstable here, with 3.2 installed. I find that the files under /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gnucash/gnucash, which seem to be what your computer is complaining about, are installed by the gnucash package. Do those libraries exist? Are the permissions correct? Are your package files corrupted somehow? You could try to erase the package from /var/cache/apt/archive and download it again. Is your disk full? Otherwise it's a mystery to me.
