I made a custom stamp in Acrobat Pro containing the EFT details. I now print
the invoice to PDF, add the stamp and done.

This is far from ideal, but at least it gets me where I want.

I just did a copy and paste of the bank details into the notes section of
the invoice to get them to appear.
I had tried with and without the note I had in the notes section, made no
difference to my results.
