No, this won’t un-reconcile it unless you reconciled the Expenses:Home Repairs account. (unlikely) Each account (and thus each split) is reconciled independently with their own flags set. So if you reconcile your credit card account to your credit card statement, and then in a historical transaction change the other account splits, the flag for the credit card split will not change.
