Rich, That might be a bug, not sure, you could file one or maybe a developer will chime in. But if you click the reconcile column in the transactions themselves until they change from ’n’ to ‘c’ they will be checked off the next time you attempt reconciliation and even cancelling that should not change their status. (unless perhaps you uncheck and re-check, I don’t know)
