Thank you for your note Adrien .... I thought that using "children" accounts gave that sort of output. It was something I had read and not know where that was. It is the auto bit I want, not CC and paste all the time.
Obviously only perhaps needed in a Profit and Loss OR the Income & Expenditure to give the last year column on the LH side. Its OK say copy and paste into an Excel Sheet, and that the categories are the same otherwise it means shuffling some part rows down to accommodate a new year with additional categories.
