Antoine, There is no way you can simply incorporate the insurance payments into the GnuCash loan calculations, at least at present, as the wizard does not have the capacity to do this. It has not been programmed to treat this situation. It is possibly better to set up the loan calculation in a spread sheet where you can incorporate the additional insurancepayment into the balance of the loan at each payment interval.
