Managed to give http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gnucash/gnucash_3.4-1_amd64.deb a quick try on 18.10 and it fails to install with lots of missing packages, and apt install -f just says it is going to remove the partially install gnucash again, which I think means the packages are not available on 18.10. I assume it will be the same or worse on 18.04.
