I am also running into this issue (The error "Did not find ssleay32.dll
in current directory. Please start this cmd file in the bin directory
created by the setup.exe." if the list doesn't thread it correctly)
This is on a fresh install of 3.5 on a fresh install of Windows 10 v1809.
