Yes, The ‘R’ column is a reconcile flag.
You can click between ’n’ - "not reconciled", and ‘c’ - “cleared". When you reconcile against your statement, the ‘c’ items will be pre-checked for you. When you finalize the reconciliation, all checked items will change their flag to ‘y’ - “yes, reconciled”. Note, all accounts have this column.
