I haven’t done this, so a pinch of salt may be required!

From what I’ve seen on the list, there appears to be an upper limit on the 
number of transactions that can be imported at one go.

If you still have access to the Quicken App, you could break down the export 
into (say) monthly segments, and import these one by one.

I’ve also noticed mention on the list that splitting the import in this way can 
actually improve the importing process because choices you’ve made about the 
allocation of incoming transactions to accounts in GnuCash aren’t “remembered” 
during on instance of the import procedure, but become available for the next 
one.
