Unfortunately no, there is no way to delete multiple transactions at once,
so you will have to .... (see inline below)...

Nope -- there is no way to delete bills from the system. You can,
instead, reuse the unposted bills down the road by re-assigning them to a
new vendor and filling them in appropriately.
