Nope. If you're sure you have AQBanking installed it's a distro problem. Note
that if you're using HBCI/FinTS you need GnuCash 3.8 and the latest AQBanking
and Gwenhywfar betas, if OFX you need AQBanking 5.8.x and Gwen 4.20.x and
GnuCash version doesn't matter.
