All,
Thanks for the replies - I found that (on Windows), SHIFT-PAGEUP
navigates to top of register (like CTRL-HOME for those of us who use
other tools with such navigation) and SHIFT-PAGEDOWN navigates to bottom
of register.

fn-up-arrow, fn-down-arrow, fn-left-arrow, and fn-right-arrow are page up, page
