Thanks for that info John. My banks are major ones and both in the setup dropdown list. One of them will not return any accounts, and the other says my user name/password is wrong even though it is correct. I hunted on google until I found a comment suggesting changing the setting under special setup from 1.0 to 1.1 but still can get nowhere.
