@Christopher Lam - Would you mind giving a bit of a workflow? Nothing stood out in the manual or guide.
Say I want to select and change most of Expenses:Unallocated to Expenses:Household. To run the transaction report. - Run report: Reports, Transaction report - Setup report: Edit, Report options. Accounts, Select all, Filter type, Include transactions to/from Filter Accounts, Filter by Assets:Savings, Apply - Click an amount in the Transaction Report Unallocated group to open up the register. In the register (with View Basic ledger) the Transfer account (Assets:Savings) is shown for all transactions. What is an efficient way of selecting a number of transactions and changing Expenses:Unallocated, say to Expenses:Household? (I've been using View, Auto-split ledger and changing each transaction separately.)
