Hi Chris,

Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce this issue any 
more. I'm not sure whether it's related to the fact that I installed a bunch of 
libraries which I intended to build gnucash myself.

I will keep you posted once the issue can be reproduced again.
