Hmm. I just tried it by exporting to HTML, ‘insert sheet from file’ in LO Calc, selected all cells (via that empty header cell), and in ‘Cell Appearance > Background’ clicked ’No Fill’ and it worked as expected. I tested this with LO 6.4.3.2 on MacOS. I suppose mileage may vary. If you don’t need the other styles, simply selecting all cells and using the right-click ‘Clear Direct Formatting’ should also do the trick. I also tested with copy/paste, but then I recalled I’ve set my normal paste in LO Calc to be ‘Paste Special > Unformatted Text’ so I can’t test with the defaults that probably bring in styling. I should think once pasted though you should be able to manipulate like any other cells.
