I did attempt the full path for environment variable setting for the log file, no change. I do think the ofx log would be very useful but haven't yet managed to get it logging. I don't find it in the /tmp or / directory nor named "1". I haven't determined that it is creating a log file at all? Also, for some reason "edit > preferences > online banking > verbose debug messages" is not sticky. It does not remain selected after closing the preferences window.
What is a bit odd is on-line access is working for 4 other accounts at a different bank.
