Liz,
I know you've solved the mystery already, but I noticed in your
screenshot that the Status Bar shows 'Cleared' and 'Reconciled' amounts.
To anyone stumbling on this same issue, those can serve as visual flags
that something is amiss if you've never reconciled that account.
