Peter, I forgot this was a custom report, so I should not have filed the bug, but John & Chris were kind enough to take a look offer a solution anyway.

You'll need to edit the .scm file for the report and add:

  (use-modules (gnucash html))

near the top of the file just after the introductory comment section. You'll see some other 'use-modules' directives listed. I just pasted the above at the end of this list.

The report now runs without the error.

Also note, as this is a custom report, more breakages can be expected in the future.

Since it is an enhancement to the Transaction Report, maybe file a bug for including its features in the standard version.
