No, nor would it make sense to do so: An invoice template is a combination of Scheme programming code and Cascading Style Sheet (aka CSS) style data. If you've created a custom stylesheet to apply to your invoices you'll find it in ~/Library/Application Support/Gnucash/stylesheets-2.0.
