OK, Capture 1 indicates that Finance Quote has not been installed
properly - a not uncommon problem. The message about "as root"
translates to "as Administrator" on Windows 10.
So, you need to open a command prompt as Administrator, change directory
to where *your* GunCash programs are installed, and run the installation
script - see attached screenshot.
Be patient - the installation sometimes appears to freeze up and can
take up to 30 minutes to complete successfully.
