Looks like you managed to delete or move your book file. If you moved it 
intentionally, click yes on the dialog box and then use File>Open to open it in 
the new location. If it wasn't intentional and you don't know where you moved 
it to, click No and quit GnuCash.

The first place to look is in Trash. If it's not there, open a Finder window 
and select the Recents item in the sidebar and see if it's listed. If it is you 
can control-click on it and select "show enclosing folder", then either move it 
back to where it belongs or use the instructions for an intentional move.
If it's gone then you may be able to recover it with Time Machine or some other 
backup, provided of course that you've set those up to back up your data.
