GnuCash is not available on iOS or iPadOS, nor, since it includes a scripting
language, is it possible to distribute it in the App Store.
The App "GnuCash Mobile" in the Apple App Store is by someone named Nick Tyler.
That person has no connection with the GnuCash project and has misappropriated
the GnuCash name and logo. We are unable to offer any support; unfortunately he
seems not to have provided any means in the app store to contact him. If
there's something in the app itself for support then use it, otherwise you're
on your own.
It appears from the description, though, that it's not really what you're
looking for. It appears to allow entering transactions that it will export as a
CSV that you can import into GnuCash. There's a similar app named iQIF that
does the same except that it exports QIF files like GnuCash for Android does.
