I'm afraid the answer is: probably not.  GnuCash can import QIF, OFX, CSV,
and a few other formats, but most likely the Sage Line backup data is a
proprietary format.  If you can convert that to QIF then you could import
it, but it is unlikely you will be able to import proprietary data.
