David Open banking is a practice to share information by financial institutions to 3rd party service providers. The service providers need to get explicit customer mandate to access the data and share personalized experiences. Europe has been a pioneer in this to democratize the financial data and create new opportunities and customer experiences. Payments is a big beneficiary of this protocol
