Absolutely none in my experience, I think I'm up to 4.12 on Win 7 Ultimate (64 bit OS) although I haven't fired up that particular laptop for a while due to video card drivers misbehaving. Also depends what version you are coming from ? Backup your data file etc first by copying it/them then if you don't think it's looking ok just uninstall and re-install the version you're currently on.
