I am attempting to set up my bank accounts in GNUCash. At this point I’m trying to make scheduled transactions. I have searched through the documentation that I could find and nothing explains the Template Transaction Tab. There is nothing that explains what should be put in the different blocks. I could probably figure out most of the blocks except I can’t find anywhere where you can put the amount of the transaction even though there is a block that says Tot Funds In, I can’t access it. When I keep tabbing I eventually get to a blocks that say Debit Formula and Credit Formula. No idea what these are and there is no explanation that I could find. Can someone give me some help with this, because I have a fair number of them in the Quicken program that I am currently using.
