If you can't find it through Windows Explorer or File Explorer --
different names for the same thing, because Microsoft loves to give the
same thing multiple names and give different things the same name -- if
you can't find it through Explorer, then reopen whatever browser you
used to download it, and then press Ctrl+J -- nearly every browser these
days honors that as a shortcut to downloads.
