I'll echo Adrien's comments regarding your use of a backup. On the reported problem, I'll note that your book file appears to be on a cloud drive ("OneDrive") and perhaps your connection to the cloud has been interrupted? You could test this by copying the data file to a known local folder on your hard drive...
