If I directly enter a transaction in a register, the default date for that register gets reset to the date of the newly entered transaction. If I use "duplicate" to create a new transaction, the default date is not reset. Why?
I now use "duplicate" much more because that is often quicker than dealing with the current description matching/completion system. However it is annoying that the default date does not get reset. Dale Note: Currently this is the latest flatpak running on Linux Mint 21.1, but I believe that this behavior has been the same for a long time. _______________________________________________ gnucash-user mailing list [email protected] To update your subscription preferences or to unsubscribe: https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user ----- Please remember to CC this list on all your replies.
