Looks like the bad Nvidia driver crash, bug 799301
(https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=799301 Try running
flatpak run --env=WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 org.gnucash.GnuCash
