Bruce, No, it's not you.. it's a DNS issue.
The GnuCash.org DNSSec signatures expired on Sunday. Your computer is validating DNSSec, so the expired signatures prevent your computer from "seeing" the domain. Your phone, on the other hand, is NOT validating, so you see the records. Linas is working on correcting the issue. He got the signatures signing again, but the SOA record is out of date and therefore the data is not propagating. As a result, currently, whether you get valid signatures or not depends on which name server you hit.
