Please either go back to the tutorial on double entry bookkeeping, or
better yet, some standard text.
We can show you how to use THIS TOOL (gnucash) to partially automate the
process. But you still have to learn the fundamentals of double entry
bookkeeping. (these apply whether using gnucash, some other bookkeeping
application, or even pen and ink on paper like the old days)
