Thank you Chris, that's really nice. I've verified it all. My concern about compromising account integrity isn't an issue, and all from csv imports (once securities created).
To recap: 1. Income Distribution Report: Include Income:Distribution without the subaccounts 2. Tax Component Report: Hide Distribution and Distribution:less attributed subaccounts. Use Display option Parent account balances Calculate Subtotal to display all subcomponents and don't display zeros. Transaction file attached again. In security editor add VAS Namespace:ASX before importing VasTransactions.csv. I'll tidy up capital gains after considering the capital gains worksheet interactions for non-personal tax returns more.
